Arcole's BT Dusty
June 9, 2009 - January 25, 2016

It saddens me greatly to inform everyone that Dusty was hit by a car on January 25th while tracking a deer. It fractured his back completely in 2 places and I had him put down.

Dusty was beyond a shadow of a doubt the best dog I ever owned or handled, and ever will. Dusty wasn't really even a dog, he was a truly amazing creature and just like a kid to me. He was unbelievably smart, had the best personality and was more loyal to me than a lot of "friends " I've experienced. Dusty tracked deer (118 lifetime recoveries), treed squirrels, treed coons, caught fish, stood on his back legs and boxed with me, and his favorite riding in back of my truck barking at on coming cars.

Myself, Bobby Joe and Tracy laid Dusty to rest on a beautiful bluff on Arcole Hunting Club this morning. Dusty was a fixture in my life and was loved by everyone that ever rubbed his head.

I LOVE YOU SON AND CAN'T WAIT FOR THE DAY I CAN RUB YOUR HEAD AGAIN!
